T2S Underdogs Boys and Girls AAU Spring 2024
Season Kicked off April 8th! Our 8th and 9th grade team took home the Garden State Battle of the Bridges Championship to start the season off on the right foot!

- Do I need an AAU membership? Yes, after your child has made the team if not already registered with AAU please use link below to apply (https://play.aausports.org/joinaau/membershipapplication.aspx).

Do players get equal playing time? Playing time is based upon talent, commitment, game-time situations, attitude and work ethic.

Does everyone make the team? Not everyone will make a team. Players are selected by ability and work ethic shown during tryouts.

What are the current teams? We currently have 3 teams(5th/6th Grade 12U Boys, 7th/8th Grade 14U Boys and 7th/8th Grade 14U Girls

How do I know if I made the team? Teams will be notified via phone and email following the third tryout.

Who coaches the teams? Coach Chris Mania is the AAU director. The teams are coached by Jada Camacho , 3 time college basketball champion, Kira Rosa, 4 year College player and Phil Dean , USA Gold Certified.

When are the practices? Teams will have 1 Practice and 1 Skill Session Per week. Practice schedules are not finalized until after tryouts and teams are formed. We do our best to accommodate scheduling requests.

Where are practices and Skills Session held? Currently practices are held at Memorial Middle School in Woodland Park and Skills Sessions are held at Totowa PAL and Ridgefield Park Middle School.

When are the tournaments? Tournaments are held on weekends. Teams play a minimum of 2-3 games per tournament. All teams will attend the same tournaments, each tournament will have divisions which will be determined based on the team's talent level.

What is the commitment level? We are looking for players that are commited to the team and to growing both on and off the court
